Southside/Northside/Eastside Fitness urges you and all guests and members to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before using any exercise equipment or participating in any exercise class. All exercises, including the use of weights and use of any and all machinery, equipment and apparatus designed for exercising shall be at the guest/members sole risk. The guest/member understands that the agreement to use, or selection of exercise programs, methods and types of equipment shall be his/her entire responsibility, and Southside Fitness shall not be liable to guests/members for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising due to injury to person or property arising out of or in connection with the use by guests/members of the services, facilities, and its officers, owners, agents, personal trainers and employees harmless from all claims which may be brought against them by guests/members or on guests’/members behalf for any such injuries or claims.
1) Put the weights back on the rack.
2) No unauthorized guests. Please let us know if you intend to bring a guest, if they join you will receive a one week extension.
3) Careless use of chalk will not be tolerated. If you make a mess… clean it up!
4) Proper gym attire must be worn at all times. No outdoor footwear permitted in change rooms or equipment areas (Summer excepted).
Members may be fined 2 months and have memberships suspended until paid for violation of these rules.
